The cyber flashing law remains inadequate and it’s too soon celebrate its criminalisation

The Government has announced that it intends to criminalise cyber flashing, the unsolicited sending of sexual images via social media and dating apps, as well as on software like Bluetooth and AirDrop. It is the digital version of a trench-coat flasher in the park.
